Well, here I am. At the end of my first week(for the 100th time!!) but genuinely chuffed :happy096: that I lost 4.5 lbs. Have set my self a realistic target of 1lb a week, which I should be able to reach. My biggest problem in the past has been that my targets have been stupid, so subsequently I have beaten myself up for not hitting them...so wooo wooo for the greatness of lossing 4.5 times that, and here's to the next 96 weeks of losing(or however long it takes)
