Very bloated again today and sneaky peak on scales showed I was back in the 14's today ... On way to London now .. Hubby's treat for my birthday I am not taking xen today or tomorrow but will be back on it again Monday... Hope I am back in 13's when this bloating goes... Not sure what it is as too early for totm x

Make an extra effort to drink water. It's worth a try. I find it helps me when I feel bloated, even though it's the last thing you want to do. Hope it goes soon x

Hhhmm I wonder if that is it.. I have noticed since thur I have been slightly lacking in the water department... Just on train to London so will pick up 1l bottle at kings cross x
