hi all:wavey:,

I used to post quite a lot on her, about 3 months ago. Life massively got in the way and I slipped off of the SW wagon. Well, I attended group on Tues, have put on 6.5 lbs (need to update siggy) and am getting right back on the wagon as of tomorrow (poorly yest and today:cry:). Any motivation, help is appreciated...

Firstly, dont worry about that 6.5lbs, Ive managed to put that on in 2 weeks before so well done for taking three months to do it!
You can get that off and any other weight you want in no time at all hun :)

Welcome back. 6.5lbs is very good for 3 months off. I managed 7lb on when I went away for 2 weeks :eek:. You can soon get rid of it and much more with SW.

6.5lbs is practically heroic over such a long period- I guess that means that although you weren't 100% SW you still made healthier choices?
I went to New York recently and put on 4.5 in just 1 week!.....but it soon went, as will your slight gain
