Hi,
I've been doing SW since March and have a very long road ahead but have been using this site for lots of info and tips since then.

As I've currently torn the cartilage in my knee and can't drive I've joined SW online to keep my access to syns etc but miss the encouragement of my class so decided it was time to be brave and actually post something!:)
 
Hi both and thanks for replying. Did my first entry online for weigh in but really missing my stickers! Wouldn't have thought a little piece of paper would make that much difference, but it really does!
 
Do you know the thought had actually crossed my mind! I'm hoping when I get back to class my consultant might let me have the ones I'm missing.
 
Hi, welcome, nice to meet you. Those bits of paper mean a great deal don't they? I'm sure your consultant will allow you to catch up with them when you return.
Keep posting on here though x
 
Hi Denby, ouch your knee sounds sore, hope it's on the mend. I do go to class but find this place really motivates me and I've picked up so many tips and ideas on here that I can't quite believe I'm enjoying my food so much but am still losing weight.

You've done brilliantly so far, you so deserve your stickers!
 
hellloooo :)

minimins has been my saviour - i do SW at home on my own as i cant afford the classes (and tbh I dont think i would like them). but you will get tons of support on here - not to mention meal plans and ideas.
 
Hi denby, and welcome to posting ha ha! You go ahead and make your own stickers, you have earned them and if it makes you feel better why not? Yes this is truly a wonderful site full of info and support. :)
