I found this site today and thought I would join as it will give me the encouragement needed as I am doing Slimming World from home.

I am hoping it works as well as it did before and helps me to lose the weight that has crept on over time!

Hi there.

I found this app today. I'm doing slimming world again from home. Lost nearly three stone last time but steadily started eating rubbish again and have put nearly half of it back on. I can't even get in most of my clothes anymore so with a holiday on the way in July im going to try again. Good luck xx

Thanks for the welcome! I started yesterday and so far so good! The great thing with SW is that you can eat pretty much what you like and you don't feel too deprived!
