Hi all,

After seeing a before and after picture of a friend I haven't seen for a few months who has been on Lipotrim, I was instantly sold. After reading more about it and coming on here as well I went straight to the chemist on Tuesday (couldn't go Monday as Bank Holiday), And have now been on it for 3 days

I cant say it has been really tough. I have very strong will power and am very motivated to do this so hoping this is the weight loss programme for me

I have come on here to get support and ideas and help with motivation in hope that on tough days (i'm sure there will be a few) this forum will carry me through
