Hi!
I'm a week into slimming world and every time I googled something for syns this forum came up so I thought I'd sign up to say thank you!
I'm 22 and I just graduated from university last month. The pictures made me cry so much that I immediately signed up to slimming world. I've had a problem with my weight since I left for uni, gained loads on antidepressants, but this was worse. During my exams I spent 12 hours a day studying and snacking for at least a month, not good! I even bust the zip on my favourite dress
So tonight was my first weigh in and I'm down 3lb It's been an interesting week. So far most of what I eat (when I'm not snacking) is actually free, I've mostly just had to switch my yogurt and my oil. I wanted a huge loss first week but I went to the pub last night and cider is very syn heavy!!!
I'm hoping joining the chat on here will keep me motivated!
