Hello everybody,

I am new here (haha just like the rest of all the people who post their threads here just now..:)) I have been trying to lose weight on my own now for quite some months and believe me that can get lonely at times! :(
I come across here by accident but that might be a very good thing lol..
Seeing as I am Dutch I don't really understand stones and inches and all those silly measurements you lot use..
so far I lost 18 kg so I am quite happy with that but I am hoping to lose another 15kg (cus i want to weight 55kg as I am very very tiny (1m59) and otherwise i always be labelled as overweight by stupid wii fit :cry:)
Plus my boyfriend proposed to me and I am hoping to get married next year so.. you understand the pressure is on!

Any tips, advice and so on is more then welcome! Hope you all are good.

You will find you were fortunate to stumble across this website, I came across it a few weeks ago as I started my own journey and it has been a wonderful source of support during some of the tougher moments.

Losing weight on your own is very hard,you lose motivation
joining here has basically pushed you further to your goal,
were all supportive and would love to hear more update
weekly or daily,whatever you prefer =],congratulations on your
current weight loss thats a great amount already,you should be
very proud =], To help

1 stone = 14lbs
1kg= 2.2lb approx
per 1lb of muscle your body burns an extra
60cals ^^
