How are you getting on? I'm still plodding along maintaining - have put on a bit since finishing RTM but then lose a few/gain a few.Im managing to keep in my new clothes (just)

I'm good thanks - had my 5 mins of fame, but sadly (or maybe for the best?!) no-one recognised me - or if they did they were too polite to say anything!!

I'm like you - plodding along, up one week, down the next - would probably like to lose a bit more if I'm honest, but as long as I stay in the size 12's I'm relatively happy. Swimming loads and loads - thank god I love it so much, otherwise I don't like to think where my weight might be...!

Off to my group tonight, haven't been for a few weeks, and still like the focus of the regular weigh-in, and catching up with the girls.

Life is as ever, interesting and full of bumps and bimbles.

Nice to see you around - I have been spending less and less time here lately....sort of feeling the need to pull back and focus on myself a bit....had a lot of things on my mind lately that take up more time then I wish. BUt its good work at the end of the day...clearing cobwebs, etc.
