I just found this site and it is great. I have started on the CD and have lost 7lbs my first week and 0 lbs my second, but I think mostly that was because I was trying to find a balance between my exercise which I was doing previously and the calorie intake. I am not SS, because I love the gym too much, but do realize I was eating way too before and the cd is going to help me find the balance I need. :p
