Hi my names Rach and I've been following Weight Watchers since Jan (on and off).

It was the first time I've actually bothered to lose weight and while on the plan I lost 11lbs. A month ago, for some reason unknown to me, I just gave up!!! and put on 4lb!

I know I was crazy as I was losing on average 2-3 lbs a week!!! I used to go with my mother in law but because she had an op she stopped going and I guess that contributed to me giving up.

Anyway a week ago I started again following the plan but not going to the meetings.

Hoping to meet people in the same situ as myself ?

Hi Rach :)

We're all in pretty much the same boat here, and you'll find it just as, if not more, supportive than the meetings - I prefer it anyway :)

Good luck and keep us posted on how you get on!!

Hi and welcome. It is so easy to give up but try to have good days and stick to your propoints. You could start a diary thread in the WW section.
