Could some1 help how many pro point r in 30g crunchy nut corn flakes with 125ml semi skimmed milk, I've worked it out as 1 pp but surely dat can't b rite????

Its 5pp. 3 for the Crunchy Nut and 2pp for the milk.

Oh no lol, I've calulated it from the box on my app, wonder y I get weighed today so I'll find out how I'm doing it wrong lol thanks

Are you sure its not per 100g or something and its coming up as wrong on your calc? If you want to give me the NI I can check it for you on the WW calc on the esource.

4pp for 30g - guh... 30g cereal is not a lot.. I tend to stay away from it these days because measuring it properly is seriously depressing
