I am sarah found this site froma link in an e-mail a friend sent :) ,I have tried many diets in the past and started cal counting yesterday using my fitnesspal which is pretty good .I have a little boy 3 in feb and live with my parter off 20 years lol .
I have 22lb to loose thats may aim think i have been trying to loose the same 22lb all year and thought need to get my butt into gear and stop cheating :break_diet:

thank you for the welcome .I was following ww then came accross myfitnesspal.com a site to track cals and I liked it and thougth well70 cals is 1 point so whay not just count cals .I do a lot off walking pushing little onein the buggy so will get into gear and walk more plus try and do my fitness dvd's inbetween hoping for 7lb by xmas :eek:
Hi, welcome to minimins this site is great for encouragment. Im doing the Cambridge Diet which is hard but really good for shifting the weight, i lost 4lbs in 3 days and off for my weeks weigh in tonight, Its not for everyone but certainly works if you find the one your on to be not quick enough results for you.
