:wave_cry: Hello i've just joined and thought i'd say hello. I'm not quite sure what i'm doing yet, and not even sure i've posted this to the right place...lol
I've had a look around at other threads and there seems to be a lot of useful info on here, so i hope i can use some of it to help with my latest attempt at losing some weight.....thanks:sign0144:
 
Hello Mini, thank you for your reply, and thanks for the links, I will sit down and have a good look around on here tomorrow...I've put calorie counting because i wasn't quite sure what to put really, I'm not going to a class just doing it myself by cutting down on portion sizes and cutting out anything nice..lol (meaning sweets, crisps and cakes really) do you think i should change my profile and put something else instead of calorie counting??
 
It will help to write everything down that you eat and drink to keep track. I think calorie counting describes what you are doing.
