Hi all
I love slimming world and have done it very successfully in the past. A few years ago I was ill with ME and although I've lost a bit of weight, I'm finding it much, much harder than I did before to shed the pounds :sigh:
I don't have a class near me and online is too expensive at the moment so am really pleased to have found this site
My first challenge feels pretty steep but I've just tried my riding boots on for a show at the end of the month and I'm in danger of cutting off all circulation and losing a leg if I don't lose a bit of weight
I know not to look for quick fixes and want a steady loss long term but are there any tips for getting off to a quick start?
I mainly cook from scratch and don't like ready meals etc.
Have already picked up some good ideas just from reading through posts on here before I joined, thanks
