Ok so this time im going down the old fashioned diet and healthy eating road to weight loss.

Im 5ft 5 and 10st 8 I hope to be 9st in Oct

Does this sound reasonable????

Also, as i joined minimins today,how come i have no siganture appear??

Once you have made 50 posts you will be able to access signature space and the private messaging facility.

You can have a signiture now. All you do is go to tickerfactory.com and make your ticker, then you choose bb code and copy and paste. In user cp go to edit signature and that's where you paste the code and any other words of wisdom you would like to type. If you would like a sig. like mine, click on Gem x below and follow the instructions on the site to make your own. Again copy bb code and past in edit signature. Good luck
