Hi everyone, i thought i would introduce myself, my name is Donna im am 26 years old with a starting weight of 10 3lb. My goal is to loose 24lb. Im new to this and still have no clue what im doing so forgive any mistakes 
I used to dance and have a small frame and i used to looked toned, healthy and not thin at this weight so hence thats my goal, the weight piled on as soon as i stopped dancing and found fast food, nights out and alcohol at 18 and it has stayed there since! but what fun!! lol
I am on Weight Watchers, i get 19 points a day at present and want to use my wii fit to help me loose weight, does anyone else use one?? does it work?
I am hoping to get on here most days and would appreciate and advice and support anyone has to give, all of your stories are so inspiring, i hope i can do half as well as you all!
