Hi Everyone,

I'm Rachel aged 38. I was previously on this site a few years back and managed to loose 3 stone. I'm back and am heavier than when i started before.

I'm just doing a healthy eating diet. The old 'less calories in and more excercise' as i have done calorie counting many times in the past. I know what i need to do food wise it's just the motivation i struggle with. Hopefully this site can keep me focused and on track.
