Hi I am new on here and I have started on the Asda Measure Up. I am working a twelve hour shift tomorrow and I will be keeping the shake in a flask as I don't have time in work to prepare it. Any tips for me please?

Yes there are ready made cartons but they are more expensive! I have lost four pounds in two weeks and I haven't felt hungry at all. Yey! Siwanxxx
