Briefly, i did low carb before around two years ago and loved it then ditched smoking in the new year and tried ww two months ago. I haven't exactly put on that much since i went to ww but i'm constantly bloated, feeling huge and get sugar slumps. Now i remember why i hate demon bread and rice.
So i'm back. I started yesterday and really enjoyed it. I'm getting headache's now though but i think it's just sugar withdrawl starting. I always allow myself one day off per week. It's worked for me before as it's the only way i kept it up. I went down to 10st 7lb it was brill. Took me over a year but enjoyed every minute.
But between christmas, giving up smoking, my partner being in hospital for a month (stupid deli food from garage across the road from it) and doing ww i've put it all back on
