Hi Everyone...long time no chat

Just wanted to pop back on and say "Hi" to everyone.

I've finally got over all the issues thrown up last year from my BIG OP!!! lol and have been given the all clear to get back on the slimming world wagon.

So after post op healing and Christmas, I gained 1/2 stone so i'm now back on the diet and nearly lost that pesky 1/2 stone. I'm now aiming for that last 1/2 stone to loose that I never got a chance to last year.

How are you all doing? Are the evening live chats still happening?

Allie, my new lungs are doing really well....touch wood..lol. My lungs are now classed as normal and function at nearly 100%. The increased exercise is definitely helping me shed the weight...lol How are you doing?
