hi everyone, new here

at 18st and 5ft 3in i am desperate to lose weight!! have tried the sw red and green days but found myself putting weight on, would like to try the ee version as i can have both foods? would like to post my menu for 2day and would appreciate feedback.
breakfast 28g jordans cereal with ff yoghurt
lunch savoury rice, chicken, swede/carrot
tea as above
snack 1 dark ryvita with tuna mayo
supper chicken breast with mushy peas
drinks sugarless coffee with milk from allowance, water, diet coke
