hi everyone, lost a stone doing atkins but missed dairy so much have decided to give SW another go. for reasons i cannot explain when try the green day i feel bloated and gain weight but the red days i can on average have a weekly 2lb loss! i would like feedback on a days meal plan just so i know i am on the right track please!

i am not going to label my meals i eat 4 meals a day when feeling hungry! here goes,
a tub of lf cottage cheese with 2 boiled eggs and 1 ryvita X2
56g jordans cereal(my 2 hbs) mixed with a mullerlight yoghurt
2 chicken breasts with 250g aunt bessies swede and carrot

drinks - black sugarless coffee
lc lemon juice mixed with soda
300ml(2 hea)
