Hi!

I thought i'd sign on here as i think i need a little support. Im am currently at the beginning of day 3 of sole source and have woken up ravenous before 6am this morning! I'm trying to stave of the hunger pains and hang on until around 10am for my first shake otherwise i don't think i'll get through the day.

I have 6.5 stone to lose to reach my goal and feel like cd is my last chance after following many other diets unsuccessfully.

Is it ok to swap between sole source and sole source plus depending on your activities that day? I am going christmas shopping on monday and will be traipsing round the shops all day, i think i may need more than just 3 shakes, i dont want to feel ill the next day because i've done too much.

My cdc told me that if I.was going any exercise, I should have 4 packs but if I wasn't then have 3, but as I worked in a constantly busy environment I always had 3 shakes and a bar.
 
Hi holly.

Day 3 is probably the most difficult day (for me anyway) my CDC said its ok to have four shakes or even a small chicken breast, 2 eggs (something from the step up plan) if im really struggling. I find sipping on iced water kinda leaves a less empty feeling in the tummy. Also you could try splitting your shakes? I know I'm 12 hours too late to reply but ive just seen tgis and HAD to tell u that ur not alone. Hope you got through today. I promise it does get easier.
