I saw my CDC today and i'm hoping to start tomorrow. So i'm hoping the doctor will sign the form for me. I really wanna do this.

I remember being in your position just over 8 weeks ago. I was scared of going to the doctors and not getting my form signed. I just explained why I needed to do this diet and asked for her support and I had not problems. She is also keeping a eye on me which is great.

Hope all goes well and you are able to start tomorrow, once you do you wont look back.
