Just wanted to say hi to everyone.
My husband and I just started the CD today, we have been on it b4 about 3yr ago for our wedding, but because of my opperation I had, then I ruptured my Achillies I had been house bound for a yr and half so I have put all the weight bk on and more.
Is there anyone else who has just started the CD today ?
