Today is hopefully going to be the first day of the 'new me'! I've only just found this site and it's already given me the encouragement to get started. Will power isn't something that comes naturally to me but hopefully having you guys to share my success/failures with will help! All tips and suggestions welcome:jelous:

Hi - thanks for the warm welcome! I'm not on any diet in particular, I'm hoping that eating sensibly and cutting out the rubbish combined with a lot of exercise might do the trick. Oh God, am I being really naive? Maybe I'll take a look at the diets everyone else is on and have a re-think......
