Im Zoe and a mum to four children age 14, 14, 9 and 4, I cant blame my children for my weight as I actually lost all birth weight after having my children however I admit I have got lazy and eaten the wrong foods over the last few yrs.

I am on the third week on my diet/exercise plan, I started on the 3rd January, I knew I needed to as I was feeling the effects of the extra weight in my back, joints and getting out of breath easier. We have a huge family history of heart problems and not due to obesity as majority of my family are thin so its even more important for me to keep healthy.

I also have a huge aim, im going abroad for the first time in August and am so excited about it so this is my date im aiming to lose my weight for.

My start weight was 12 stone 4lb on the 3rd January and I have so far lost 10lb, im aiming to get to about 9 stone 7lb or as close as for my holiday.

Looking forward to getting to know you all and goodluck to you all reaching your goals, we can do this :D
