Joined SW a few weeks ago and have lost 5 & a half lbs so far. Stumbled across this site & thought I`d join as I might need a bit of support between WI`s. I weigh in on Wednesdays.

Not very good with computers, my grandkids can do better!

Thanks to everyone that`s replied. I feel better already, both about this site and SW. Doing OK on EE so far. Can`t believe it`s so simple. My OH has lost 12lbs without trying. But he won`t join my group.

Am working on my son`s partner. but she thinks it`s all calorie counting and lettuce at the moment. No doubt I`ll have loads of questions in the coming weeks. Thanks again for the warm welcome folks!
