Well It's just gone over my 2nd week and I lost 1 stone as of today on my CD.
Which is actually pretty good considering my 1st week went terribly and I have had a few blips this week (Wednesday and Today Sunday).
I cannot understand why I have had these little blips as I know what to expect as I did CD last year and had lost over 2 stones but its like my mind keeps telling me I want food even if my stomach says no.
My start weight is just over 23 stone so I really need to lose the weight and I was so happy when I was 10/11 stone years ago.
Any tips to keep me going even when I think I cannot resist? I am a big time comfort eater, any stress or illness and I struggle to stay on track.
I know if I can just keep going for a month I will be fine but its just getting over these hurdles. Its hard as well when my hubby is 11 stone and eats enough for 3 people which usually includes loads of junk food!:cry:
