Hello!

I'm just into my first week of my new low calorie diet, not quite sure what my exact starting weight was as my scales didn't arrive until this morning. I'm currently 12 stone 1lb and at 5ft 2 I'm hoping to loose around 3 stone.
I've tried both slimming world and ww in the past and Although I lost weight on both the plans I wasn't always able to get to meetings due to having a toddler, so I always lost motivation.
I've decided to calorie count this time and decided to join minimins to hopefully get motivation and support. I've been lurking for a little while and all the members seem great at supporting each other :)
I need to get round to taking some "before" shots but I'm a little scared of what I'll see, I haven't looked at my body in a long time so I'm a tad nervous lol
