I don't really think I do....but I know if I have even one little bite of.....then I'll eat everything and be right back to the beginning again! I did have a massive hiatus in th emiddle, and had about five weeks of being totally off plan, but am viewing this as a good thing, it taught me that there is no need to put it all back on again if I'm a bit wise, you hear so much of that about VLCDs, it was quite nice to work out for myself that it doesn't have to be true! Feeling a bit down today as only - 2lbs this week, but bucking myself up with the thought that had I been on a food based diet I would be thrilled with that!! I'm just lazy, so fully intend to cheat my way down to something reasonable!HOw is it going for you?
