I am new to slimming world, so just thought I would say Hi! I am doing this online with my partner :)

We started last week Sunday and so far enjoying it :)

My start weight is 210.7 pounds or 95.6kgs and my Target weight is 170 pounds or 78kgs

1st weigh - in = 206 pounds or 93.4kgs (Loss of 4.7 pounds or 2.2kgs)

The biggest hurdle I will face is chocolate.... or sugar in my tea... so if anyone has any handy tips for these let me know!

Hello and welcome to the forums! Its so much easier to do a weight loss change with a partner and I too am a chocoholic made worse by all the Easter goodies! :17729:
I would say as a suggestion to try to up your water intake, try fruit as said above or a meringue nest and if its a really bad craving try a smaller fun-size bar. With sugar in your tea there are sweetners available that have 0 calories so you may want to experiment with those to see what you like and see what is allowed on your plan :)
