Hi Everyone


Over half way to target
I've been lurking around on here for quite a while now, having a good read, and have decided the time is right to start posting.
I've been on SW now for 12 weeks (13th WI tomorrow) and have lost 26.5lbs so far and am really pleased.
I'm a WW convert, having lost all my weight about 6 years ago only to put it right back on again once I started eating 'normally' - that's the thing, what I would like to consider 'normal' eating isn't what slim people eat unfortunately:sigh:
Ideally, I'd like to lose another 4 stones, but not sure that would be possible this time round, but would be more than happy to settle for being a comfortable size 12.
I'ver also joined the gym again a couple of weeks ago - only to realise why I stopped going in the first place (it really does hurt and is no fun!).

Hello, welcome and well done with your losses so far you're obviously doing well, but if you need to find out anything just shout, people are full of information on here (some of it useless though I hasten to add!) xxx
Welcome and well done on your weight loss! You ought to be very proud of yourself. I'd really like to lose around four stone too (But I'm settling for three).

I just cancelled my gym membership too, the only part I liked was the treadmill, and as I can walk outside, what's the point of paying £35 a month for it.
