Hello, I'm new to the forum, although I have been reading it for a while now. Hope to get some inspiration on how to get started. Got about 4-5 stone to lose but don't really want to go on a diet such as Cambridge, WW etc if I can help it. Hoping some of you have experienced your own methods of losing weight. Would like to try my own way but worried about staying motivated. Hope someone can help
