Hey everyone. I did the CD back in 2007 and lost just over 3 stone.
I have since had a little boy and he was born 23/12/09 and I really want to get back into shape!
I started SS on Monday 20th April and I am currently on day 3 I am really going for it this time!

Its so hard. I can't remember but I think day 3 and 4 are the hardest!
