I was wondering if you could give me a bit of advice. I've been doing exante since the 14th January and I have now reached the time to stop the diet as my BMI has lowered.
For the past 2 weeks I've had my 3 packs and 1 meal (usually around dinner time). I've followed the CD quantities which I found online.
Tomorrow I am due to move onto 2 packs and 2 meals. I have emailed exante and was basically told I could eat what I wanted.
What I was wondering, does anyone have any breakfast ideas that I could try out, which would still keep me in ketosis?
Once I have finished all my packs, I'm moving over to Slimming World, but would like to stay in ketosis if possible whilst I am still having the packs.

Alternatively, if you're just thinking along general low carb principles, eggs, bacon and mushrooms will keep you in ketosis. Lots of variations to try there, from omelettes to traditional fry-ups (or grill-ups).
I'd go for lean bacon or even turkey rashers which are delicious and very good for you. Mushroom omelettes, poached eggs, scrambled eggs - very high in protein and won't knock you out of ketosis and are really yummy
