Hi everyone. :wave_cry:
I'm Nadine from Cambridgeshire and I am starting the Slim Fast plan today. I am currently 35 years old, menopausal (complete hysterectomy last Christmas) and need to loose 3 stones to get my BMI to the very top end of normal. I weigh 14.3 and I want to be 11.3 by this time next year.
I feel like I say this every year and never get there! I am an emotional eater and I do like to drink, so I hope finding this site is a turning point for me, and that your support might help me stay on track and do this once and for all!
