Hi all,

Found this forum by accident and so glad I did. :) Just finished by 1st week of a low carb diet.

At start 15 stone 5lbs (98.4k)
Today 14 stone 12lbs (89.6k)

Ultimate goal is to 10 stone 4lbs (at least I hope I do).

Was getting a little bored of the same food everyday (wil power was fading), so have already found the low carb recipes a god send. Off to the supermarket in the morning.
