Hi, Im Julia, just started a diet and been googling info and keep finding all the answers here so decided to join as I have soooo many questions - got a head full of syns and what go's with what as Im doing it without going to classes, or trying to! Need to lose for surgery and so Im not in so much pain! Seems an excellent site here.
