Hi going to start Exante tomorrow

Hello all, just thought i would say hello, I am currently 327 pounds and want to shift 10stone, I want to shift at least 100 pounds by christmas (LOL thats the plan anyway) by using exante, which should come in the morning tomorrow xx

Hello, good luck with your exante journey. I think someone else is trying to lose 100lbs before xmas on a VLCD too, can't remember who though!
If you are interested there is a xmas challenge you could join if you haven't done so already! That's in the challenges section.

Anywho, good luck and I hope you lose the weight you want.
