hey.. i finished SF and went to weight watchers..

Im HALF A POUND off my target weight and feel AWESOME!!

Wow! Well done Sacha! It's great to hear from you! I still have a way to go but I am starting to feel great about my body!
I'm doing SF/Diet Chef at the moment and I just started yesterday so hope I will lose a couple of pounds this week!
