Hi i am new and following go lower

I have been on go lower for 5 months and have lost 5 stone following the birth of my 4th child
Is anyone eles on go lower? X

Hi there I've heard of it. Is it a low carb ketosis diet? I've just started on Pronokal which I think may be similar. Well done in your 5 stone that's amazing!
