Hi I am new, just changed from SW to WW for fresh start!

Hello!

After being stuck in a rut with Slimming World, I have decided to give Weight Watchers another try. I have been dieting all my life. I have probably lost my entire body weight twice over with the few stones I have lost and put on again over and over again. This is my first time with Weight Watchers since they introduced the new ProPoints (not that new now I suppose). I am starting today, but am going to join a group on Monday. I have new found motivation with the change and am hoping that the support here will keep me on track until I reach target, which I am determined to do this time. It is my birthday tomorrow, I am 44! I will NOT be fat and 45!!! This is the last time.

I have noticed people doing their own blogs, food diaries etc, could someone please tell me how to do this, as I think it will help me to share my thoughts and feelings on my 'journey'!

I look forward to the help and posts on this site to keep me on track. :superwoman:
