I started the Exante diet one and a half week ago. The first week went great the second week seems harder, because I guess I caved on a day invited to a party and not wanted to be the one not eating (yep peer pressure) anyway ever since I can't seem to not be hungry. I love the packs and exercise every day, but fear ketosis has left me. Need some pep talk to keep going when on a low. Thank you all for having me here and listening. Your fellow looser Judith.
