Hi im a newbie to SF

    Hi guys I'm Lucy,
    I'm hoping to lose a stone and half if possible in 4 weeks before I go on holiday, I'm currently 12st 8lbs and would love to get to 11st 1lb but I'll see how it goes any tips would be greatly received, also I have joined my fitness pal and was wondering should u eat ur exercise calories?? Xx

    I'm new to SF too. First day today!
    I have a holiday booked for 5 weeks and my beat friends wedding in 8 weeks.
    I'm sure we can do it!!

    hi girls, i started slimfast yday. going good so far. had been on sw previously and have lost a few lbs but going on holiday in 8 weeks and wanted to boost my weightloss so thought id give slimfast a go.

    Yesterday I had grapes and pear as my snacks and still manage 40mins in the gym. Was ready for my tea by 8pm though.
    I mixed up the shakes this morning with 1 spoon or vanilla and 1 spoon of chocolate and it was sooo much better!
