Starting exante tomorrow... God give me strength.. Getting married on the 28th October which is 6 weeks away... Hoping to lose 2 stone!

Hi welcome to minimins and to Exante! and congrats on the wedding plans! 2 stone in 6 weeks is admittedly a big goal bit Exante is really good for weight loss and if you stick to it 100% you will lose close to that. I have done just over 3 weeks on it and lost 13lb. Stick out the first few days and it will be much easier after that. Theres loads of support on the Exante forums on here its really helped me. Thanks Helen! Wow well done on your weightloss! Yeah let's hope... I did start like 3 days back... But then I felt terribly weak and had severe head pains... , :-/ however I did keep on top of my daily water... Its just so hard... That's why I joined this... So everyone incase in... I'll read other people's testimonials and it will keep me going! :-D
