Hi, I'm new to this site

Morning all!

I have been doing Slimming World since September last year and have managed to lose 17lb. I started really well and lost 8lb in my first 2 weeks. Since about March I have been yoyoing - 1lb off, 1lb on etc etc.

I am hoping that I will be able to find some motivation again through all of you lovely people. I would love to lose about the same weight again and then call target but I really don't want it to take as long!!

Any inspirational advise you can give me?

Have you checked out the susscess stories on here yet? Or the before and after photos?
They always help me when my motivation is slipping!

Thanks everyone!!

Can't weigh in tonight so went to another group this morning. Only lost 1/2 this week but onwards and upwards for next week. At least it was a loss.

Really need to get back on track.
