Hi, I'm new

Hi, I'm Sarah,
I lost nearly 5 and a half stone on WW last year, but fell off the wagon in Sept and have put loads back on :( I am now back on the wagon though (after lots of false starts!) and am going to the gym and hoping for a big loss on Friday (my first WI day). I do it myself I don't go to meetings, although I did join just before Xmas when the new Propoints plan was introduced but it isn't my cup of tea at all!

I'm doing it at home too and can't face changing over to the new pro points so I'm sticking to the old plan. I weigh in on a friday too, love having a friday treat night! Good luck! :D
