Hi I'm new

Thanks Fizzy Had a bad day today, I feel awful as I have scoffed so many calories today I feel sick!! Three shakes for me tomorrow and no food!! The way I feel now, the food was so not worth it!! Tasha x
 
Well, I had a sneaky weigh today and have lost 5lb since starting on Tuesday so not too bad. I've had a few sneaky picks at food but not much and only protein. I'm happy to pick at protein if I really have to and not have a food week with meals. Plus I know that the odd omelette or slice of cheese/ham, will stop me from getting so desperate that I go mad and scoff a packet of biscuits or something.

I want to stay ketogenic, whether that means the odd nibble or not. I think that's the most important thing.

I'll see if the weight loss is ok though. I need to lose on average 3.5lbs a week for the next twenty weeks so as long as I don't fall behind on that average I'll be happy.
